Barbershop Chorus member, Knights of Columbus , American Legion, enjoy boating, woodworking, building projects, entertaining my grandkids, and socializing with just about everyone that has the time.
I grew up in Cedar Rapids. Martha and I married in Newhall, IA in 1977. We’ve lived in Watkins, Monticello, Marion, and since 1990, outside of Toddville. We became members at St. EAS when it was in "the warehouse" and I started working for the parish about 6 months after Fr. Mark was our pastor. I was amazed at all the work, cooperation, and prayers it takes to keep our parish thriving. 
I enjoy working with all the staff and parishioners to keep our church functional, clean, and attractive, and hope to entice and assist all members that want to find a maintenance, service, or building project niche within our church.
I enjoy exploring, troubleshooting, and brainstorming solutions to problems around the church and tapping into all the talents and skills of parishioners in our parish! I also love to make connections with people. We’re all connected in one way or another. Whether our hobbies, interests we share or who we know. I love discovering those connections!
