This 6-week follow-up course to the first Open Wide Our Hearts course will explore the Christian response to racism through the lens of the Eucharistic life - "What does it mean to be ONE in the body of Christ, living on Earth as it is in Heaven?" and "How does the issue of Race impact our call to kingdom living here at St. EAS?"
Whether or not you participated in the first Open Wide Our Hearts course, please join us for part two. Guest speakers from our community will share their stories as we explore the way racial divisions impact so many of our brothers and sisters here in Cedar Rapids and discuss what we, as Catholic Christians, can do about it.
