Who will be in the Parish Directory?
Registered members of our parish who have photos in their SEAS Community Tool profile will be in the Parish Directory.How will I access the Parish Directory?
As the Parish Directory is being compiled, you will be able to see everyone who is in the Parish Directory through the SEAS Mobile App as well as the SEAS Community Tool. If you don't use those tools, we will also publish a printable version in January 2024.What information will be shared in the Parish Directory?
Those with pictures who are under 18 years old will only have their name and picture shared. Anyone who is over 18 years old, will have their photo, address, email, mobile, and home phone number shared in the Parish Directory. If you prefer to set different settings you can set them by logging in to the SEAS Community Tool and following the instructions on this video to update your profile and privacy settings. Being part of the Parish Directory means you can use the information provided to connect with other members of the parish. You may use the information for your own personal use but you may not share that information with anyone else. Anyone who would like access to the information in the Parish Directory must join the Parish Directory themselves.How often will the Parish Directory be updated?
Since this is a digital Parish Directory, any updates made to our church members' profiles will show up instantaneously in the SEAS Mobile App and SEAS Community Tool! We will share PDFs of the printable Parish Directory monthly in the messages section of the Parish Directory group in the SEAS Mobile App and SEAS Community Tool.Who will have access to my information?
Only registered members of our parish will have access to the Parish Directory. No one outside of our parish community can access the Parish Directory information.How can I access a printable version of the Parish Directory?
We will share a link to a printable version after the Parish Directory is compiled, in the messages section of the Parish Directory group. The Parish Directory group can be accessed through the SEAS Mobile App and the SEAS Community Tool.What if I still have questions about the Parish Directory?
