A task force, made up of priests and Catholic school leaders, has been created to study the possible ways to expand sharing among the schools up to and including the governance structure by answering the question, "Is it in the long-term best interest of parishes and Catholic education in the metro area for Catholic schools to remain independent?"
The task force's charge and scope of work is to provide a report to the Parish Councils, School Boards, and the Foundation Board by the spring of 2023 with possible recommendations for local consideration.
The task force will meet monthly. Updates will be shared in our bulletin as they are received.
