Rectory Landscaping (updated 5/4/23)

 
Bob is working on reconstructing the patio in the rectory so he is looking for immediate help with the following:  

• Rake small landscaping rocks from the planted area where the ash tree was, and remove the landscaping cloth.
• Remove several plants from the landscaped area behind the rectory, and save them for use around the exterior of the church. 
• Dig up several paver stones around the landscaped area behind the rectory and set them aside to be used for future landscaping.
• Cut up sod to the east of the rectory, between the window wells, and set it aside for use around the church. 
• Move the small landscaping rocks to the east of the rectory where the sod is removed. 

Bob will also need help with the following in the near future: 

• Cut sod up in various places around the church and place it in problem areas around the campus. 
• Put in edger stones in areas where the sod is removed then put plastic and rock down. 
• Put in landscaping rock in various places around the church structure. 
• Dig dirt back from the building in prep for painting to be done.
• Weeding and spraying herbicide in various places around the church.

Sanctuary leaks (updated 5/4/23)

 

• We are aware of leaks inside the Sanctuary. We've hired a contractor to seal the windows and sidewalls where the leaks are happening. The work will occur before this winter.

Remodeling the playground (updated 5/4/23)

 

• Working on adding sand and do some landscaping around the area.  
• Will install a new playset in the future.

Reseal the parking lot (updated 1/6/23)

 

• We will wait to seal the parking lot until the spring. The lines in the parking lot will be repainted after that. 

Office roofing (updated 1/6/23)

 

• The office roof was installed. We are working on investigating some leaks in the windows and sidewall.
